Managment Trainee

Position Summary We are seeking high-caliber Management Trainees with a background in Chemical Engineering or Applied Chemistry to join our fast-track leadership development program. Based on your domain strengths, interest, and performance, you will be placed in Operations,Technical Marketing, or Production. You will play a vital role in optimizing ink manufacturing workflows, driving business growth, or managing technical plant operations across our corporate office in Gulshan, Dhaka, and our plant in Gazipur.

Required Qualifications & Core Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Materials Science, or Polymer Science.
• Experience: Prior internship experience in chemical manufacturing, paints/coatings, inks, pharmaceuticals, or industrial process plants is strongly preferred.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work at both our Corporate Office in Gulshan, Dhaka, and our Manufacturing Plant in Gazipur as required by the role track.
• Competencies: Strong technical aptitude, leadership potential, excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Bangla, and solid problem-solving abilities.

• Production Track (Gazipur Plant):
  • Supervise batch processing, pigment dispersion, resin blending, and high-speed dispersion equipment.
  • Monitor batch yield, cycle times, raw material utilization, and line efficiency to meet daily output targets.
  • Enforce safety protocols, chemical handling standards, solvent management, and waste treatment compliance.
• Operations Track (Gazipur / Gulshan):
  • Support plant capacity planning, bottleneck analysis, and process optimization using Lean practices.
  • Coordinate between supply chain, procurement, and logistics for raw chemical import, inventory, and dispatch.
  • Assist in quality control (QC) compliance, standard operating procedure (SOP) development, and equipment maintenance scheduling.
• Marketing & Show Adhesive (Gulshan Corporate HQ):
  • Serve as a technical bridge between client technical teams (e.g., printing presses, packaging plants) and internal production teams.
  • Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities for specialized inks, and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Address client technical queries regarding ink viscosity, color matching, drying speed, substrate compatibility, and troubleshooting.
