Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all donations and online payments made to BUET Career Center through Sonali Payment Gateway (SPG), SSLCommerz, and other supported channels.
No refund will be given for online payments or if someone claims a chargeback. However, if there are any such cases, the case will be resolved within 7 to 10 working days.
If you need support related to a disputed transaction, please contact BUET Career Center support with your receipt number, transaction ID, amount, and payment date.
