What You'll Work On

• Develop and maintain scalable backend and full-stack applications.
• Build AI-powered features using modern LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Design clean, maintainable, and production-ready software.
• Collaborate on products used by real customers in Finance and Education.
• Explore new AI technologies and turn them into practical product features.

• Strong programming fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of Python or go
• Experience building scalable software systems.
• Familiarity with modern databases and APIs.
• Comfortable using Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD
• Interest in machine learning or AI engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade software.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-powered features.
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code/Codex/Cursor, etc.) effectively to accelerate development while maintaining high code quality.
• Develop and integrate LLM-based workflows, AI agents, and MCP server integrations where appropriate.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
• Research and evaluate new AI technologies that can improve our products or engineering workflow.
• Take ownership of features and continuously improve the user experience through thoughtful engineering.
